Why important?
The Pact is the relevant European self-commitment framework for climate-neutral data centres (reference SOV-8 and CISPE/Gaia-X credentials).
How measured?
Scale 0–5 + N/A:
- 0 = Not a signatory / no statement.
- 1 = Accession announced.
- 2 = Signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact.
- 3 = Signatory with published progress report.
- 4 = Signatory with independently audited progress.
- 5 = Signatory with verified target achievement (climate neutrality).
- N/A = no reliable evidence

- Is the provider a signatory of the Climate Neutral Data Centre Pact, and which data centres does the commitment cover? How is progress on the targets (PUE, renewable energy, water, heat reuse) measured and externally audited? Is progress reported publicly?
