Why important?
The EU Cloud Code of Conduct is a recognised GDPR code of conduct and a credential usable in Gaia-X.
How measured?
Scale 0–5 + N/A:
- 0 = No adherence / no statement.
- 1 = Accession announced or in preparation.
- 2 = Adherence declared (level 1).
- 3 = Verified adherence (level 2).
- 4 = Verified adherence (level 3, highest level).
- 5 = Verified adherence (level 3) with currently listed, verifiable evidence.
- N/A = no reliable evidence
