Der EU Cloud Code of Conduct ist ein anerkannter DSGVO-Verhaltenskodex und ein Gaia-X-tauglicher Nachweis.
How measured?
- 0 = Keine Adhärenz / keine Aussage.
- 1 = Beitritt angekündigt oder in Vorbereitung.
- 2 = Adhärenz erklärt (Level 1).
- 3 = Verifizierte Adhärenz (Level 2).
- 4 = Verifizierte Adhärenz (Level 3, höchste Stufe).
- 5 = Verifizierte Adhärenz (Level 3) mit aktuell gelistetem, prüfbarem Nachweis.
- N/A = keine belastbare Evidence
